Over nearly a decade of cooperation, Vietnam Manpower has marked a significant milestone with 11 successful recruitment cycles, supplying a stable workforce to a steel structure factory in Slătioara, Olt County, Romania. To date, nearly 200 Vietnamese workers are working steadily at the factory, demonstrating the company’s strong capability in international workforce supply.

The partnership began in 2017 with an initial group of more than 20 workers. Through continuous cooperation and consistent workforce quality, the number has steadily increased across each recruitment cycle. Today, Vietnamese workers are contributing across key positions such as welders, steel fitters, mechanics, electricians, and CNC operators.

Behind this long-term success is a well-structured and carefully managed process—from training to deployment. Before departure, all workers participate in intensive training programs organized by Vietnam Manpower. These include technical skill training, hands-on practice, and language preparation to ensure effective communication in the workplace.

In addition, workers receive orientation sessions covering workplace discipline, cultural understanding, and daily life in Romania. This comprehensive preparation helps them build confidence and readiness before starting their journey abroad.

The training process is a crucial foundation for success. Images from training sessions clearly show workers practicing technical skills, improving their language ability, and preparing both physically and mentally for international working conditions. These stages reflect the company’s commitment to delivering not only skilled but also well-prepared manpower.

Following the training period, workers officially depart for Romania in organized groups. The departure moments mark an important transition—from preparation to real working environments—where workers begin applying their skills in practice.

Upon arrival, Vietnamese workers quickly adapt to the workplace thanks to their preparation. They demonstrate discipline, responsibility, and strong teamwork, receiving positive feedback from employers and support from local colleagues. Their performance contributes directly to stable production and long-term cooperation.

The continued expansion of the partner’s operations, including the development of a second factory, further highlights the effectiveness of this collaboration. Vietnam Manpower is proud to play a role in this growth by consistently supplying reliable and high-quality workforce solutions.

The success of 11 recruitment cycles is not only a reflection of trust from international partners but also a testament to the value of a well-prepared workforce. It reinforces Vietnam Manpower’s position as a reliable partner in global recruitment.

With a commitment to continuous improvement, Vietnam Manpower will keep enhancing its training programs and recruitment processes to meet the evolving demands of international employers and create more sustainable opportunities for Vietnamese workers.
