Over nearly a decade of cooperation, Vietnam Manpower has marked a significant milestone with 11 successful recruitment cycles, supplying a stable workforce to a steel structure factory in Slătioara, Olt County, Romania. To date, nearly 200 Vietnamese workers are working steadily at the factory, demonstrating the company’s strong capability in international workforce supply.
The partnership began in 2017 with an initial group of more than 20 workers. Through continuous cooperation and consistent workforce quality, the number has steadily increased across each recruitment cycle. Today, Vietnamese workers are contributing across key positions such as welders, steel fitters, mechanics, electricians, and CNC operators.
Behind this long-term success is a well-structured and carefully managed process—from training to deployment. Before departure, all workers participate in intensive training programs organized by Vietnam Manpower.
