Vietnam Manpower was delighted to welcome the foreman representing our Romanian partner to Vietnam to conduct a practical welding skill assessment for Vietnamese candidates. The recruitment event marked another important step in our long-standing cooperation, aiming to select highly qualified welders for employment opportunities in Romania
The direct participation of the employer’s representative demonstrates the partner’s strong commitment to recruiting skilled Vietnamese workers and reflects the trust built between Vietnam Manpower and its international partners over many years.
Professional Skill Assessment by the Employer
Authorized by the Romanian employer, the foreman personally evaluated each candidate’s welding skills based on the company’s technical standards and job requirements.

Throughout the assessment, candidates demonstrated their practical abilities, technical knowledge, and professional working attitude. The evaluation provided the employer with a clear understanding of each candidate’s competency while giving workers the opportunity to showcase their skills directly.
Well-Prepared Candidates, Ready for International Opportunities
Before participating in the assessment, all candidates received technical guidance and practical training at Vietnam Manpower’s Training Center. They also reviewed welding techniques, workplace safety standards, and employer requirements to ensure they could confidently perform during the examination.

Their dedication and determination reflected a strong desire to secure employment in Romania and build better futures for themselves and their families.
