Vietnam Manpower continues to expand its cooperation with European employers through the successful recruitment and deployment of another group of skilled Vietnamese workers to Romania. The deployment reflects the trust that international partners place in Vietnam Manpower’s recruitment process and the quality of Vietnamese labor.
Since 2023, Vietnam Manpower has been cooperating with a steel structure company in Romania. With positive feedback from previous groups of workers, the employer has once again authorized Vietnam Manpower to recruit skilled welders, structural metal workers, and CNC operators to support its production activities.
This marks the third recruitment campaign conducted for this Romanian partner, demonstrating the growing confidence in the professionalism, discipline, and technical expertise of Vietnamese workers.
Before departure, selected workers participate in technical training programs organized at Vietnam Manpower’s training facilities. This stage plays an important role in ensuring that workers are fully prepared with the necessary professional skills and practical experience before starting their work abroad.
Through hands-on training and close supervision from experienced instructors, workers improve their welding techniques, working discipline, and safety awareness. Such preparation helps them quickly adapt to the working environment and integrate smoothly into production activities upon arrival in Romania.

During the training process, workers are also guided on workplace safety standards and professional working practices commonly required in international manufacturing environments. This preparation ensures that Vietnamese workers are able to meet the technical requirements and productivity expectations of overseas employers.
Before departure, the selected workers gathered at the Vietnam Manpower training center to complete the final preparation stage of the recruitment process. During this time, workers received additional guidance regarding travel procedures, necessary documentation, and important information about their upcoming work and living conditions in Romania.

These preparations are an important part of Vietnam Manpower’s commitment to ensuring that every worker is fully prepared before beginning their overseas employment journey.
Prior to departure, the workers also participated in orientation sessions organized by Vietnam Manpower. These sessions aim to help workers gain a clear understanding of workplace expectations and cultural differences when working abroad. During the orientation program, workers were provided with detailed information about labor regulations, workplace safety, and professional responsibilities while working in Romania. At the same time, the workers completed the contract signing procedures, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding between the employees, the recruitment company, and the Romanian employer.

After completing all training and administrative procedures, the group officially departed for Romania on March 3, 2026 to begin their new assignments with Romania Company. At the airport, the workers gathered for their final moments in Vietnam before embarking on a new professional journey.

Equipped with technical expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, they are ready to contribute to the company’s production activities in Romania while gaining valuable international work experience.
The continued cooperation between Vietnam Manpower and a Steel Structure Company in Romania highlights the growing demand for skilled Vietnamese workers in Europe’s manufacturing and construction sectors. Through a rigorous recruitment process, professional training programs, and careful preparation before departure, Vietnam Manpower remains committed to providing reliable human resources to international employers while creating sustainable career opportunities for Vietnamese workers abroad.
